Secrets to Making Delicious Yogurt Just for You

Ingredients

To make delicious yogurt, the amount of condensed milk, fresh milk, and water must be just enough to ensure sweetness without needing to use sugar.
 
 
 
You can apply the following recipe: 1 can of condensed milk with sugar + 500ml of plain milk without sugar + 1 can of Vinamilk yogurt + 1 can of boiling water (use the condensed milk can to measure). With the above ingredients, you can make 10 to 12 yogurt cups.
 
Mixing Yogurt
 
 
Dissolve condensed milk with boiling water. Mix yogurt evenly with plain milk. Pour the mixture into cups, cover tightly, and then stack them in a pot for fermentation.
 
If you want fruit-flavored yogurt, add fruit to the mixture before pouring it into cups for fermentation.
 
 
Fermentation
 

Fermentation requires carefulness, the water for fermentation must always be warm and level with the yogurt surface in the cups. Add 1 part cold water for every 2 parts boiling water. Cover the pot tightly and let it ferment for about 2 hours until the yogurt thickens, then cool it down and put it in the refrigerator.

How to use
 

Delicious yogurt is when it’s not too sour, just sweet enough, smooth and creamy. Yogurt should only be stored in a cool place, not in the freezer. On average, homemade yogurt can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
